Most sites are ready for your review within a few days of sign-up, and live shortly after your amends.
Yes. Small tweaks are included, just ask. Bigger changes (new sections, a shop, booking) we’ll quote, or you upgrade to Commerce.

After your 12-month minimum you can cancel any time. Your site is taken offline. There’s no penalty and no awkward developer handover.
Yes. Hosting, security, SSL and updates are all part of the monthly price. No separate bills.
Yes, through our local-search partner Striking Places. Your Google Business Profile is the free listing that puts you on Google Maps and local search, and it is often where local customers find you first. On its own a listing just points people somewhere; paired with your RentMyWeb site it becomes a route that turns those searches into enquiries, and Google tends to favour profiles that link to a fast, relevant site, so the two drive business together. Striking Places review and optimise it, keep it healthy with periodic checks, and resolve the common headaches: suspended or disabled profiles, duplicate listings, lost ownership, fake reviews, wrong address or map pin, and poor-quality images. They also set you up on Bing Places and Apple Business Connect so you are found beyond Google. It is a separate annual subscription from £120 + VAT, billed by Striking Places direct. Just flag it on your onboarding form and we will introduce you.
